Kristian Sorensen is a Brooklyn-based actor, theatre-maker, writer, designer, and DJ originally from California. He holds a BFA in Acting from Boston University and has spent time training with Double Edge Theatre and The Academmia dell'Arte. Kristian is interested in the possibilities and happy accidents when crashing together different forms of storytelling and has experimented with incorporating live DJ rigs and electronic music production in pieces. He is a connoisseur of 70’s collars and a dweeb, indeed.

Select credits include an excerpted showing of Life Jacket Theatre’s The Gorgeous Nothings, Mary’s Wedding (NHTA Finalist for Best Actor) and Deathtrap (Winnipesaukee Playhouse), Panic Everything's Fine (co-authorship and primary sound designer) & Bacchic (In The Water), Julius Caesar (The Brick), Sixty Miles to Silver Lake (Bridge Rep), and Diane Paulus’ The Donkey Show (American Repertory Theatre). He is also a Story Pirate and an avid people watcher/eavesdropper.
